4Throws Training Javelin

Our 4Throws training javelins are made as an option to save valuable mileage on competition javelins. Our basic training javelins are built to meet World Athletics specifications. These aluminum alloy spears are more flexible than our competition javelins, reducing stress on the thrower. These training javelins hold up very well to high volume throwing. They are designed for a training environment with a moderate level of flex to avoid injury while developing the technique required to start throwing stiffer and more advanced javelins. You can choose what weight you would like your training javelin to be, offering in 300g, 400g, 500g, 600g, 700g and 800g weights.

At 4Throws, we are committed to providing reasonable and low shipping costs to our customers. We use a combination of USPS and UPS to secure the best shipping rates.

We ship items within ONE BUSINESS DAY of when the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends because our shipping carriers do not pick up on those days.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please email us your shipping address and the items you wish to order, and we will send you a quote.

Return Window

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@4throws.com with your order number and photos of the product you’d like to return. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in new condition, with all accessories included, and returned in their original packaging. Products with markings, alterations, modifications, or signs of use will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.

Refund Details

We cannot refund or credit original shipping costs. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once processed.
