4Throws created the Javee so athletes can improve their strength and flexibility indoors. The handle is created using the same size and feel of a competition javelin, with the compact size similar to a relay baton. Attach the elastic cords to a sturdy anchor such as a pole, and practice your grip form and throwing stance on the go. Integrate static and ballistic stretching into your routines, or elevate your warm up and cool down sessions for a more comprehensive training experience.

We ship items within ONE BUSINESS DAY of when the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends because our shipping carriers do not pick up on those days.
