The ATE Training Indoor Shot Put is designed for safe indoor training, ideal for youth and school programs. Available in 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, and 5kg weights and from 110mm to 132mm sizes, it features a soft-shell construction to minimize damage to gym floors while maintaining accurate weight for technique development. We ship items within ONE BUSINESS DAY of when the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends because our shipping carriers do not pick up on those days.
