Its unturned design prioritizes affordability over durability, delivering a reliable balance for effective training sessions. Each hammer comes complete with a rust-proof steel ball bearing swivel, a steel connecting wire, and a premium aluminum handle, ensuring smooth rotation and grip. Available in weights ranging from 2.5kg to 8.5kg, or 18lb to 20lb options. For added durability and performance, we recommend Polanik hammers.
