IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, YOU MUST KEEP THE PACKING/BOX/TUBE. We cannot process your return and/or refund and shipping companies will not pay a claim if you throw away the packing materials. You must submit your claim immediately, and, in any case, no later than 10 days from the date of receipt.
1) THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES DUE TO MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS BEING USED FOR THROWING UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY PAY FOR A WARRANTY. If the product arrives in a less than new condition, notify us immediately as you may be eligible for for return and/or replacement. Unfortunately if you simply change your mind, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
3) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4) A 20% restocking fee may apply to exchanges, but this fee will not apply to defective or damaged orders.
5) Refunds (if applicable)
REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE EXCEPT IN UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@4throws.com. Thank you!
7) Exchanges (if applicable)
We generally replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at sales@4throws.com and send your item to 16219 West Lakeside Lane, Nine Mile Falls, Washington 99026
8) Shipping
Please mail your product to 16219 West Lakeside Lane, Nine Mile Falls, Washington 99026. Unless your product is Defective or Damaged by either us or the shipping company, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your item.

SECTION 16 - EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM
We offer an optional extended warranty program that can be purchased at checkout. This warranty program cannot be added after the purchase is complete.
Coverage Options:
● Defects: Covers the cost of repairing items with manufacturing defects.
● Defects and Theft: Covers the cost of repairing items with defects and provides replacement coverage in cases of theft.
● Defects, Theft, and Accidental Damage: Covers defects, theft, and accidental damage, including repairs or replacements.
Exclusions: The extended warranty does not cover:
● Misuse or intentional damage.
● Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
● Loss or theft without sufficient documentation (e.g., a police report).
● Damage due to natural wear and tear.
Claim Process: Customers must provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., photos or a police report for theft). Claims must be submitted within the warranty coverage period.
Warranty Limitations:
● The maximum coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
● Replacements will be provided for items in similar used condition and may not be identical in appearance.
● No monetary compensation will be issued for any claims. The warranty covers only the cost of repairs or provides a replacement product of similar used condition, at our discretion.
Coverage Duration: The warranty coverage begins at the time of purchase and lasts for the specified period selected at checkout.
Service Fees: Service fees may apply for certain repairs or replacements, as outlined in the warranty terms provided at checkout.
Non-Transferability: The extended warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual or entity.
Local Laws: This warranty program complies with applicable local laws. In the event of a conflict, the applicable law will take precedence.

SECTION 17 - SHIPPING INSURANCE
We offer optional shipping insurance to protect against items lost or damaged in transit. This insurance must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added to an order retroactively.
Coverage Details:
● Lost Items: Covers the cost of replacing items confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier.
● Damaged Items: Covers the cost of repairing or replacing items damaged during transit.
Exclusions: Shipping insurance does not cover:
● Loss or damage due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
● Items confiscated by customs or other government agencies.
● Losses not reported within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Claim Process:
● Customers must provide proof of insurance purchase, documentation from the carrier regarding the loss or damage, and photos of the damaged item (if applicable).
● Claims must be filed within 10 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of a damaged item.
Business Limitations:
● Claims will be resolved by replacing the item with one of similar used condition or issuing store credit for the value of the item.
● We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
