4Throws Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from 4Throws. If you need to make a return, please follow the process below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, include all original accessories, and be returned in the original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, damage, markings, alterations, modifications, or missing packaging/accessories are not eligible for a refund and may be shipped back to the customer.

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@4throws.com with:

  • Phone number associated with the order.
  • Photos of the item(s).
  • A brief explanation the the return request.

Step 2: Ship the Item Back

After contacting us and receiving approval to return, securely package the item and ship it back to 4Throws. Our address is: 225 N Ella Rd, Suite 108, Spokane Valley, WA, 99212.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the incorrect item

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, 4Throws will cover the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Inspection Process

Once the item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements listed above.

Step 4: Refund

If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
