Our new 250 gram youth javelin for girls and boys ages 7 – 10 provides the start of a learning progression for flying the javelin.

• Soft rubber tip, safety button on the tail.
• Flys just like our 450g Finnflier (“Aerojav”) and full-sized javelins.
• QR code on the label allows quick reference to our training video.

The Mini-Aerojav, as the name implies, is a smaller development of
USATF’s Aerojav category. This implement begins the progression of skill
learning resulting in efficient and effective javelin throwing, especially flight
skills. The goal is to provide a learning experience that prepares the
athletes for the next step in progression.

• It’s scaled to fit up to the 95th percentile 10 year old, so that the athlete
can see the tip by their eye to allow for more accurate aiming of the
implement, resulting in better flights.

• Weight 250 grams helps create flight characteristics that replicate those
of the Aerojav. The flight feedback tells the athlete when they did or did
not throw it straight. The straight throws fly far and the crooked throws fly
short.

• The shaft has been engineered to provide the optimal flexibility and “feel”
to replicate those of the Aerojav.

Four years of development and testing, with many dozens of young
athletes, have revealed that these age groups can be very successful with
this implement, even with virtually no coaching. Of course, some are better
than others, but young athletes who like to throw learn quickly.

We ship items within ONE BUSINESS DAY of when the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends because our shipping carriers do not pick up on those days.

Return Window

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@4throws.com with your order number and photos of the product you’d like to return. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in new condition, with all accessories included, and returned in their original packaging. Products with markings, alterations, modifications, or signs of use will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.

Refund Details

We cannot refund or credit original shipping costs. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once processed.
